Tell us a little about yourself (not the cats)

I am a very married Christian woman of of 22 years. We have no children but our furkids and they keep our life very full. I am a dog cookie baker. I also belong to an unofficial network of over a thousand rescue people. It is a group I love to belong to, full of heartache and joy all rolled into one. I am a SAHM/WAHM to Lucy and Wrigley. :) After being laid off from a good paying job two years ago, I needed to find something to fill the hole in our finances. My time on line was very well spent in dog rescue when a group of folks were talking about dog cookies one day. I started baking some dog cookies and sent them around the group and a friend said I should start my own business. I guess, God heard her and nudged me into action. Within a week, I had a website, brochures and business cards along with a variety of cookie recipes and packages created. My days are filled with home care, taking care of family, of course baking and praying. I try and blog every day somewhere. I am on several networks, plus have a blogspot. Mom's gonna teach me to quilt soon. I don't know how much I'll do, but I just want to know how.

I don't have any cats. I used to have really cool ones. My best cat was Mr. Stubbs. He was a rescue, only had three feet and he belonged to my beloved Blackie (R.I.P).
