GR, MI, Low Cost Spay/Neuter days! Mapleview Animal Hospital
Every spring and summer, it's the same story. Shelters and rescues are bursting at the seams with unwanted litters of kittens. Pet overpopulation is a community problem that effects us all. Financially, shelters need funding to operate, and local goverments must use tax payers money to fund Animal Control. Emotionally a toll is taken. How many times have you been saddened by the sight of a dead cat or kitten laying in the road? Or seen that neighborhood stray looking sick or hungry?
Spaying and Neutering is the only way to reduce the number of homeless animals. Given the bleak economic state we are in, being a responsible pet owner can be a daunting financial challenge. To help ease that burden, and to encourage the spaying/neutering of pets, Mapleview Animal Hospital is offering "Kitten Fixin Blitz" days. Three days out of every month (May thru Oct) will be dedicated strictly to the spaying/neutering of cats/kittens. These three days will offer a 50% discount on spay/neuter surgeries. Female cats/kittens can be spayed for $70 and male cats/kittens can be neutered for $35. Cats and kittens must be between the ages of 3 months and 1 year. In addition, the cats and kittens must be current on their rabies vaccination. Not vaccinated? Not to worry. We're also offering rabies vaccinations for these same surgery patients at $11 for a one year vaccination. This offer is extended to our entire community, not just Mapleview Animal Hospital
clients. Our goal is to make being a responsible pet owner a little easier, while doing our share to stop pet overpopulation.
Surgeries, along with the rabies vaccinations, are performed by appointment only. The dates for these surgeries are:

June 8, 9, 10
July 6, 7, 8
August 10, 11, 12
September 14, 15, 16
October 12, 13, 14
